Test Expired Due to Website Timeout
Why am I seeing this message?
If you see the message “Sorry, your test has expired and won’t be scored. You can log back in to restart the test,” your session timed out due to inactivity.
What causes this?
Tests open in a separate browser window while the ProSolutions Training website continues running in the background.
For security reasons, the system automatically logs users out after one hour of inactivity.
If a test takes longer than one hour to complete, the session may expire.
How can I avoid this?
Plan to complete your test within one hour.
Avoid leaving the test window inactive or open without interaction.
What should I do if my test expires?
Log back in to your account and restart the test, ensuring you can complete it within the one-hour time limit.

How many courses can be completed in day?
In alignment with best practices for adult learning and state registry requirements, students may complete up to eight hours of training in a single day. This limit helps ensure that learners have adequate time to absorb and retain course material.
Once you’ve reached the daily maximum, you may continue viewing additional course content; however, access to post-tests will be temporarily restricted. Testing will become available again on the next calendar day, allowing you to resume your training at a healthy, productive pace.

Course Navigation - Learning Applications
Some ProSolutions Training courses include interactive Learning Applications to help reinforce key concepts as you learn. These activities are a required part of the course and must be completed before moving forward.
The interactive Learning Applications will appear as multiple-choice questions throughout the course. To participate, simply click on your selected answer to see if it’s correct. If you choose the right response, you can continue to the next screen using the right arrow at the bottom of the page. If your first answer isn’t correct, don’t worry, just try again until you find the right one.
You won’t be able to move forward until the correct answer is selected, but there’s no time limit, and these questions aren’t graded. If you get stuck, you can revisit earlier sections by clicking the left arrow to review the material, then return to the question screen to continue your progress.

How do I complete a course?
Each ProSolutions Training class is designed to be clear, engaging, and easy to follow. Every course includes three key components to guide your learning:
Pre-Test: Begin with a short, ungraded pre-test to assess your current knowledge of the topic.
Course Presentation: Read through the course content at your own pace. You can pause and return at any time.
Post-Test and Evaluation: Once you’ve completed the presentation, take the post-test to demonstrate what you’ve learned, then complete the brief course evaluation.
After completing the post-test and evaluation, you’ll instantly receive a personalized certificate showing that you completed one or two hours of state-approved training and earned 0.1 or 0.2 CEUs. It’s that simple!
Note:
If you do not achieve a score of 80% or higher on your first two post-test attempts, you’ll have two more chances to pass at no additional cost. After four unsuccessful attempts, you’ll need to repurchase the course to try again. -
What if I don't pass my course test?
If a satisfactory score of 80% or higher is not achieved on the first post-test attempt, you are allowed one additional opportunity to retake the test at no extra cost.
If both attempts result in a failing score, you will need to retake the course content to unlock two more post-test attempts. Should you not pass after four total attempts, your course will automatically reset within 48 hours, allowing you to begin again.

- Complete the pre-test (which is not graded)
- Read the course presentation whenever you're ready (you can stop and restart if necessary)
