If a satisfactory score of 80% or more is not achieved on the first post-test attempt, you may make one additional attempt to pass the post-test without additional charges. After two failing scores on the post-test for a single course, you will need to complete the course content again to receive two additional test attempts.
Note: If you do not pass the test after four attempts, your course will reset again within 48 hours to take the course again.
