    Courses are compatible with desktops, laptops, and most mobile devices, allowing you to learn wherever it’s most convenient. For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.

    When you complete your training, you can print your personalized certificate using a connected printer or download it as a PDF file to save or share digitally.

  • When I try to order a new course, or I try to click through an existing course, I get kicked out and have to log in again!

    In order to maintain your active user session while you use the site, or order our training courses, it's important that your browser "cookie" settings are correct and that you have enabled cookies for our website. Here are steps when using Google Chrome that will walk you through checking your settings and/or clearing out your browser cookies.

     

     
    To enable cookies in Google Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data, and then select Allow all cookies. You can also find this setting by clicking the three-dots menu in the top-right corner of the browser. 
    For desktop
    1. Click the three vertical dots (More) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
    2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
    3. Click on Privacy and security on the left-side menu.
    4. Click on Cookies and other site data.
    5. Choose the Allow all cookies option to enable them. 
       
    For mobile
      1. Tap the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the Chrome browser.
    • Select Settings.
    • Tap Site Settings.
    • Choose Cookies.
    • Enable cookies by selecting the desired option
